La Ensenada, Isla Margarita, Venezuela

La Ensenada Resort sits on 120 acres of pristine desert island beach some 15 kilometers west of the islands main city Palomar. Spectacular views of mountains, dormant volcanoes and the Caribbean Sea abound. One is surrounded by a feeling of peace and serenity not to mention a host of cactus groves and now some pretty awesome design thanks to us.

We have just completed the design and purchasing for the 1st model unit of Phase One which consists of 130 2 bed/2 bath town homes. The buildings are strategically placed on site to take advantage of the truly spectacular views. Ironically more than 50% of the buyers are coming from the UK and have brought off plan there.

The model promises to be ready for its photo shoot in September 2007 with phase 1 being completed in mid 2008. We are responsible for the specification and purchasing for: kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tiles and vanities, furnishings and all white goods for these turnkey residences.

As of yet the resort has not named the hotel management firm that will be managing the property, we will keep you posted.
